Siddharth and Raj devise a new plan to solve the differences between Durgadevi and Shivpathi. Raj calls out a woman named Laila, who helps Siddharth in his mission of uniting Durgadevi and Shivpathi. On the other hand, Simran and Kritika discuss about the file that they stole from Raj's room. Kritika tells her mother that she suspects Biji to have an eye on their activities. Siddharth then takes his new partner, Laila to Durgadevi's home. Laila acts as a customer who wishes to buy jewellery from Durgadevi. At the same time, Shivpathi shows up and sits beside Laila. Laila then starts a conversation with Shivpathi and then starts seducing him.
Nani realizes that Shiv is just acting and has not actually lost his memory. Shiv pleads Nani to forgive him. Nani tells Shiv that if his concern for Durgadevi is true, then he would not lie to her.
